We will present a full day seminar the day after the National Guild of Hypnotists convention on how we use the Myers-Briggs (MBTI®) to help clients better understand themselves and improve every relationship in their lives. We have developed a system that also helps you, as helping professionals, better understand your clients and provide more targeted and effective help to them. In our One Day Class you will:

  1. Understand yourself better as we review your detailed, tailored MBTI results with you.
  2. Clearly see how effective this tool will be for helping you better understand your clients and for helping them better understand themselves.
  3. Learn the four major, in-born personality traits. These traits are as ingrained in individuals as is handedness. Learn what energizes people, how they gather Information, how they make decisions and how they approach the world.
  4. Learn how the various combinations of these traits determine personality type and how to help each personality type in the ways they will most easily accept with suggestions pinpointed for their personality type.
  5. Use this knowledge to instantly improve every relationship in your life, personal and professional and to help your clients do the same.
  6. Learn to recognize the causes of destructive self-talk and the ways to help people instantly turn it around
  7. Learn how to recognize the causes of interpersonal conflict and help people de-escalate conflicts quickly.
  8. Expand your practice to couples, families and even workplace teams with a system that is enlightening, powerful and even fun!
